How to Duplicate a page in Microsoft Word:
To duplicate the whole page in MS word follow the below steps:
Step 1 :
Place your cursor at the beginning of the page you want to copy.
Step 2 :
Click and drag the cursor to the bottom of the page you want to copy.
Step 3 :
Press Ctrl + C on your keyboard to copy the content of the page.
Step 4 :
Now go to the ribbon on top and Click on Insert >> Blank Page to add a new page.
Step 5 :
Place the cursor where you want the text to appear on the new page. Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste the copied text onto the page.
Another way to copy the whole document is to Press Ctrl +A (it will select the whole Document) > Ctrl + C( it will Copy the whole Document)
Then insert a Blank page as Mentioned above and Press Ctrl + V (it will Duplicate the whole page or Document).

How to duplicate/copy a page to another Word document in MS Word:
You can duplicate a single page or multiple pages to another word document. To duplicate a page to another or new word document follow the below steps:
Step 1:
Open the Word document whose pages you want to duplicate. Select the pages that you want to duplicate >>Go to insert and click on Bookmarks.
Step 2:
A pop-up window will appear >>Enter the name that you want to give to the bookmark and click on Add. Make sure you don’t give any space between the Bookmark name otherwise the Add button won’t appear.
Step 3:
Go to the document where you want to duplicate the pages. Take the cursor to the location from where you want to add the pages.
Step 4:
Now go to the insert tab in the ribbon and search for an object (it is present on the top right corner) >>click on down arrow in front of objects >>then click on text from file.
Step 5:
After you click on text from file insert file dialog box pops up. >>Go to the location where your source document is situated and tap on it to select it. >> Now click on range and Enter the bookmark’s name and click on Ok. >>Lastly click on the insert button.
Step 6:
Boom!! You have successfully duplicated pages from one Word document to another Word Document.
Note: If the source document whose page you want to duplicate contains only one page then there is no need to create bookmarks. Just go to the document where you want to duplicate tap on text from file >> select the source document by tapping on it and >>click on Insert
